ACMS can facilitate the task of finding missing members. By clicking on the&nbsp;<strong>Missing<\/strong>&nbsp;section of Members, Church clerks can publish missing members on a special list by<\/p>\n<p>1)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; clicking&nbsp;<strong>New Publication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; typing the Member\u2019s name and clicking&nbsp;<strong>Search Member<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Selecting the name of the missing member and clicking&nbsp;<strong>Add<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adding members to the \u201cMissing\u201d list will change their status from Active to Not Active. Notes can then be added to the various members, by other church clerks, with the goal of finding the respective member.
